Catherine Warner | Ayurvedic Practitioner

I love risks!!! According to my therapist, I used to have “too high of a tolerance to risk.” I’ve reigned it in a lot over the last 3 years, but most of my life has been flying by the seat of my pants, which obviously translated into my career choices. I’m a person who is driven mostly by the emotions of my heart – so I’m working on creating more structure for myself with more *calculated* risks.
