Meet Eboni Harrell | Realtor®/Philanthropist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Eboni Harrell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Eboni, how do you think about risk?

As a Realtor, my approach to risk is strategic. I view risk as an inherent aspect of life, where calculated risks can lead to significant rewards for my clients. My role involves carefully navigating the waters of negotiations and balancing bold moves with prudent advice. Risk-taking, when done judiciously, has propelled my business forward, allowing me to secure the best opportunities for my clients. It’s about knowing when to push the envelope and when to hold back, always with the client’s best interest at heart. This trait has enabled me to build trust and deliver exceptional outcomes, demonstrating that embracing risk, with a thoughtful approach, can transform challenges into valuable achievements.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

I’m a serial entrepreneur. In my nonprofit organization 7 Seed Empowerment Group, Inc. we work with other organizations and individuals to provide resources to women from marginalized communities. I’m also a real estate broker, helping families buy and sell real estate in North Carolina. Living a life of service is my mantra and I get to do that every single day.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
