Hi April, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Certainly! The Perky Lady brightens the world in several distinct ways:

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We aren’t a store. That’s just the vehicle. It is The Perky Lady brand and service that is special. Having a service heavy model with an authentic brand message in which we are driven by our mission is unique in the landscape currently. With businesses shifting to eke out every cent they can from consumers with empty messaging and laying waste to industries, creatives and workers it’s akin to strip mining. Our special sauce is in being exactly who we are, enthusiasts! Every one of our employees is a former client that joined us because they have a passion for our products and it shows to every customer that walks in the door. We don’t want people to just come in to shop, we want them to come in for an experience with like-minded fitters that have their best interests at heart.

 

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Great question! My best friend and I live together so if we were doing a staycation we would hit up our favorite local restaurants and explore our favorite parks. A long bike ride or scavenger hunt would probably be on the table. Definitely picking out local produce and crafting dinner at home with some good music is right up our alley. Simple, engaging, and connecting.

 

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to take a moment to give a resounding shoutout and heartfelt thanks to our incredible team. The success of The Perky Lady is a testament to each and every one of our team who has poured their dedication, passion, and hard work into our shared mission.
