Meet Tiffany Campbell | Entrepreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Campbell and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiffany, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process is – just do it your way! Have an end goal in mind and stick to your vision no matter what. Research thoroughly and plan well, but expect the unexpected too. Don’t take setbacks personally. Nurture your business!!! You have to care for it to grow into what you envisioned. Move boldly towards your target but be flexible on how you get there. Use wisdom to navigate challenges. Stay determined and let passion drive consistent action.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’ve gotten to where I am today by working hard, being open and relatable. Transparency has been key too. It hasn’t been an easy road and honestly, it still isn’t easy. But it’s worth it. I have an amazing support team and without them, as well as my faith, I would have given up long ago. I’ve learned to use my own voice – not let everyone else be the face for me. It’s okay to mess up but never be fake. I understand my business isn’t for everyone and I just try to do what I can for those I can help. What sets me apart is being the person I needed when I was struggling. I listen to those in need because I’ve been there. I’m most excited about the growth and the work I’ve put in. I’ve sacrificed a lot to get here professionally. I want the world to know that despite challenges, with perseverance, authenticity and the right support you can achieve your dreams. My story is still being written but I’m proud of the journey so far. This motivates me to keep making an impact doing what I love.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to my nieces and nephews! They inspire me daily and I strive to make sure they understand their importance, value, and potential to achieve anything. I want them to know they have a voice – use it and don’t let anyone silence you. Be who you were meant to be! My mom, Barbara Campbell, was definitely a major influence as well, being a professional and grooming me for success in life. I got to see behind the scenes of her impact on others. And of course my sister, Sheila Hill, has been the ultimate teammate, always being there to support, push, and encourage me. Her presence means so much.
