Hi Taesjah, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The thought process behind starting my own business was pretty much “ I don’t want to work for anyone so ima be my own boss”. Why work for some else and help their dreams progress when i can be building my own brand and helping my own dreams progress and succeed.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Iam a licensed natural hair stylist who specializes in Locs while helping my clients maintain a healthy crown. What set me apart from others is my dedication and hard work to make sure my clients keep a healthy head of loc, also my creativity when it comes to styling them. Building any business/brand is never easy, it’s comes with many challenges and obstacles; you have to be willing to sacrifice and invest HEAVY in yourself.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
It’s not too many things to do in the area where we live so we would definitely have to plan a trip/ car ride out of town
