Meet Shanay Burch | Owner & Chef of The Pink Kitchen Eatery

We had the good fortune of connecting with Shanay Burch and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Shanay, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
Don’t give up , you are too close. I have given up so many times and I have been inconsistent, but now I tell myself everyday WORK TOWARDS YOUR GOAL DONT GIVE UP!!
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am the Owner of The Pink Kitchen Eatery @ Magnolia. I have been in business as a Caterer for almost six plus years. I am finally opening my first brick and mortar as a full time restaurant. I have overcame many struggles , and one thing I learned is to not GIVE UP!!
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take my best friend to Mimosas, a brunch restaurant located in Myrtle Beach, we will go shopping , and afterwards we will have dinner at my restaurant and go to drinks at a local bar.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Uncle Randy is my favorite person (besides my mom). My Uncle provides safety and ALWAYS by my side when I need him!
