We had the good fortune of connecting with Ramy Bahgat and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ramy, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I have always wanted to have my own business and since I have been in the food industry for almost 20 years, I knew it has to be something within the industry

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I got to say, we are very proud of where we are today, we knew from the beginning to have a successful business, we have to offer a unique product or service and that is exactly what we went for at Raleigh Rolls, A simple concept to operate with a good quality and unique product to offer to our community while focusing on customers needs and satisfactions was our recipe for success. The road was not easy and there was bumps along the way but through consistency and delivering high quality products, we were able to build trust and loyalty among our customers.
There was challenges and we had to overcome it to achieve our goals, so we embrace failure and learn from our mistakes, We continue to learn, we adapt to changes in the industry and to customers behavior, we continue to build and most importantly invest in our team which is the reason for our success.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
North Carolina is full of attractions and Raleigh is a very vibrant and diverse city that i am proud to own a business in it and be part of its growth. There is a lot of restaurants in the city with so many different concepts to choose from, and plenty of NC chefs has been recognized nationally for their food and commitment to the industry.
It is also has amazing beaches and mountains.
I do not think we will fall short to enjoy a week whether in Raleigh or any other of NC cities and towns.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My family for helping and supporting me and my dream of becoming a business owner. Especially my wife whose on the top of all what she has on her plate and taking care of our 2 daughters, she still finds the time to help me with whatever the business need, I have to say that I am not sure how things would have gone if it wasn’t for her unlimited support.
