Hi Pearlie, what matters most to you?
Servant Leadership has become one of the most prominent principles that I govern my lifestyle and application of business around. It is the catalyst to continuous development, advancement and application of sustainable community. A leader once stated that “a servant leader must be willing to give up their seat, as they just need space to serve.” This statement has resonated with me as we identify that the foundation of any relationship, business or organization has been cultivated with the understanding that key principles of service are nonnegotiables. Each person is assigned to something and someone. With rebranding Pearlie J Enterprises for Administration Services and Strategy Sessions, we tag each contract to “The Assigned One”. Each client receives a guaranteed deliverable of a tailored service specifically for their entity as our services illuminate the combination of exceptional service by defined interactions of holistic approach through knowledgeable leaders.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Pearlie J Enterprises, LLC, also known as “The Assigned One”, simply provides tailored services to cultivate and enhance the marketplace through administration and strategy. We thrive to help create and maintain processes/content that would allow marketplace leaders and entrepreneurs excel with prominent workflows and structure. Recently, with restructuring our services, it has allowed us to focus more on the audience assigned to us and cultivating relationships of trust. One of the biggest challenges that we faced was the consistency of committed agreements coming in the pool of inquiries. Small businesses, especially within administration, thrive off long-term duration of service and at times, most people need quick one time service. There are so many layers of barriers that one can face; however, the progression of specialty services has sustained the business. The biggest lesson we’ve learned is that you have to know your “why” and trust that no matter how many people offer similar services, the market isn’t oversaturated for your business to win! Our motto is ” You don’t become what you want, you become what you believe.” Services that we provide are affordable and managed with integrity and loyalty to deliver the best results to enhance your business goals. Whether calendar management, event planning, branding or strategy sessions, T.A.O. believes what we offer.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
North Carolina is such a beauty! You get all four seasons with several historical places and attractions to visit. Friday night is a time to visit Downtown Durham which has evolved tremendously over the years. Head over to Unscripted for a nice time out on the patio or catch some entertainment at DPC but we can’t forget to grab food from Dame’s Chicken and Waffles first. Saturday head to Wrightsville or Carolina Beach depending on the scenery we’re vibing for and enjoy a local seafood spot. Sunday is set for a Worship Service and Carolina has so many assemblies of amazing culture. Here are a few we’d choose from: World Overcomers (Durham), The River (Durham) or Christ Cathedral of the Triad (Greensboro). Then, did someone say brunch? It’s A Southern Thing is a favorite or Shiki Sushi if we just want lunch with dinner portions for the low. The week is set for Charlotte! It’s the pulse of North Carolina, from Carowinds to an NBA game and we can’t forget the mall!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Let’s be honest, everyday there is something or someone who inspires/pushes us to help produce our success story but I have one person who can’t go unnoticed! Help me celebrate, the one and only God, Jesus Christ! He is the one who has surrounded me with amazing family, friends and covenant partnerships. Daily providing insight, love, wisdom, correction and guidance for my next day/season! It may sound cliche to some but I can only attest to what I know to be the success factor in my life.
