Meet Linda MacLellan

We had the good fortune of connecting with Linda MacLellan and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Linda, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
We need conventional health care at times but need holistic health care daily to live our best lives.
When one of our daughters was told to learn to live with chronic stomach pain and nausea after 2 years of conventional testing, including endoscopy, colonoscopy, MRI, CT Scan, and many other tests, I knew there were holistic options. After researching and navigating, a simple 30 day detox with essential oils and rejuvenating life-changing supplements rocked our world, and she was able to gain back the 20 pounds she had lost, restore eating habits, and be able to have normal bowel functions, after 9 months of daily enemas. A year later, I discovered the Zytoscan and it is FDA approved and has clinical research to prove its truth. This scan empowers people to be the “Healer in their home” with showing them what toxins are affecting their cells in their body. It also highlights holistic balancers of Whole Foods, organic supplements and certified pure therapeutic oils from DoTERRA as their personalized protocol for success. DoTERRA is the #1 essential oil company in the world and many holistic seekers have found natural solutions to chronic health situations through essential oil based protocols and the Zytoscan can ignite the path to empowerment.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
A Zytoscan is a way to detect cellular imbalances in 10 minutes by placing your hand on a hand cradle that connects to the laptop that has FDA approved Zytoscan software. I have an extra zytoscanner that I mail out to all around the country so that individuals who cannot get to me can be served anywhere, anytime.
Four reports are displayed of specific cellular challenges that are extremely beneficial to know.
There are 4 core body systems and 6 lifestyle areas that are essential to health that the Zyto Scan reports on.
1. Detoxification System
2. Gastrointestinal System
3. Hormonal/Endocrine System
4. Immune System
We also peek into what is causing imbalance in the lifestyle areas of Diet + Nutrition, Hydration, Inflammation, Mental/Emotional Stress, Sleep, and Toxic Stress. A Zyto scan can empower you to make healthy changes as you uncover what the top stressors are in your body and where you’re imbalanced. Also, a Teeth report, Vertebrae report and Food report are displayed with empowering info to help guide daily life.
The Zytoscan is FDA approved, uses GSR, galvanic skin response, like a lie detector test, tracks acupuncture meridian pathways and blocks to health. The body cannot lie and it displays cellular truth recommending foods, oils and supplements as balancers. I believe the body has an incredible capacity to heal when we listen to what it’s telling us. The core mission of Zytoscans.com is to help people uncover the root causes of imbalance using cutting-edge ZYTO technology, empowering individuals with personalized wellness insights/protocols that guide them toward better health.
The Zytoscan will show if someone has heavy metals, liver or kidney issues, parasites, mold, hormones, endocrine disruptors or other toxins causing the cellular imbalances and how to detoxify from them.
What sets us apart is our “why.”
This business was born from a very personal journey, watching my daughter suffer from chronic digestive issues for years while conventional medicine offered little more than a diagnosis and the phrase, “She’ll just have to live with it and receive mental health counseling, I knew there had to be a better way. That deep desire to advocate, to dig deeper, and to provide real answers is at the heart of everything, so that individuals and families can feel their best daily without chronic suffering.
Starting Zytoscans.com wasn’t easy. There were moments of doubt, challenges understanding running a business in balancing time and resources, and a learning curve with launching a wellness-focused business. But through every setback, I leaned into my faith, asked a lot of questions to strategize, learned more about running a business, and stayed connected to my purpose. By remaining open to learning. God has truly guided this process every step of the way moment to moment.
What I’m most thankful of is being able to offer hope, especially to those who feel unheard or unseen in their health journey. ZYTO technology allows us to provide detailed, bio-individual scans from a simple 10 minute hand scan that gives insight into the body’s stressors—tools that many people don’t even know exist. It is absolutely genius technology and more well known about in Europe.
If there’s one thing I want the world to know about Zytoscans.com, it is much more than a wellness can service—it’s a place where people feel seen, heard, and supported on their health journey. Our brand is rooted in compassion, education, and empowerment. I don’t just offer scans, but instead offer hope, direction, and personalized protocols for those seeking natural, safe, holistic-centered solutions. Every step is guided by purpose, to help empower “healing in the home”and a genuine desire to see people thrive.” This isn’t just a business—it’s a calling.

I’m deeply grateful to God for His faithful guidance and provision in helping me start Zytoscans.com. Every step of this journey has been led by His hand, and I couldn’t have done it without His presence, wisdom, and grace. I also took courses in canva, talked to multiple business owners, and researched online how to get started.
