Meet Kate Caporale | Reiki Master

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kate Caporale and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kate, what do you want your legacy to be?
As a Reiki master and mother, I envision my legacy to be one of healing, love, and empowerment. I hope to impart the transformative power of Reiki to countless individuals, guiding them towards physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My children will carry forward the values of compassion, service, and holistic wellness that I strive to instill in them. Together, we will create a ripple effect of positive energy, inspiring others to embrace self-care, connection, and the inherent healing potential within themselves.
What should our readers know about your business?
What sets me apart is my passion for healing and my ability to connect with others on a deep level. I believe in the transformative power of energy work and am dedicated to helping people unlock their inner potential. I provide the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho, as I am 6th in lineage; however, I do incorporate crystals, aromatherapy, and sound frequencies to enhance the healing process. I also handmake reiki-infused chakra candles for at-home healing and belong The Safe Space Alliance, which is a LGBTQI+ led nonprofit organization that helps people identify, navigate, and create safe spaces for LGBTQI+ communities worldwide.
I’m most proud of the positive impact I’ve been able to make on my clients’ lives. Seeing them experience profound healing and personal growth is incredibly rewarding. My clients and I are partners in healing. I’m also excited about the future of Reiki and the potential to reach even more people through my work.
I had a bit of a rocky start business-wise. A year after I took Reiki 1, I decided to find a different teacher, as I came out of that course feeling overwhelmed and under-prepared. I doubted myself and struggled to find my place in the world. But I kept at it, and through perseverance and dedication (and finding a new, amazing teacher and mentor), I overcame those obstacles and found my true calling.
One of the most valuable lessons I learned is the importance of self-care. As a healer, I have to take care of myself first so I can be fully present and effective for my clients. I also learned the power of community and the importance of building supportive relationships.
I want the world to know that Reiki is a powerful tool for healing and self-enhancement. My brand is about creating a safe and nurturing space where individuals can connect with their inner selves and experience deep transformation. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, and that Reiki can be a catalyst for positive change.
