Hi Jessica, how has your work-life balance changed over time?

As a working mom, I’ve come to understand that there will always be tasks left undone and goals unmet. The key lies in determining what truly matters most to us and allocating our time and energy accordingly. This means organizing our calendars based on priorities, ensuring that the most crucial commitments receive the attention they deserve.

As our families evolve and our children grow, our roles and responsibilities shift. Personally, I’ve found that as my family has expanded, so too has the need for strategic adjustments in both my personal and professional life. Embracing bold initiatives in my career has been driven by a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed, not just for myself but for the well-being of my family. Recognizing the interconnectedness of our personal and professional lives empowers us to make informed decisions that benefit both aspects of our lives.

Achieving harmony between motherhood and career is not about having a perfect balance but rather about embracing the ebb and flow of life’s demands while staying true to our values and priorities.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?

I am a mother of three, a former middle school science teacher turned makeup artist, and the proud founder of Limitless Beauty. Originally from Rhode Island, I pursued my studies in Boston before settling in North Carolina two years ago.

My journey to where I am today with Limitless Beauty has been marked by dedication and perseverance rather than ease. Balancing motherhood, career transitions, and relocation presented its challenges, but I navigated them with determination.

Along the way, I’ve learned the value of adaptability and the importance of staying true to my passion for empowering women. Through trial and error, I honed my skills and developed a unique approach to makeup artistry focused on personalized solutions.

At Limitless Beauty, I’ve made it my mission to simplify the makeup process for women. I believe in providing custom foundation solutions tailored precisely to individual needs, eliminating the guesswork often associated with store-bought products. Additionally, I’m committed to offering accessible makeup lessons that prioritize education over expensive products, empowering women to feel confident in their natural beauty.

But my journey doesn’t stop there. I’ve expanded my services to include social media management and coaching for women business owners. Through personalized coaching sessions, I help women create compelling Reels that showcase their authenticity and expertise, enabling them to confidently represent their businesses online.

My brand’s essence lies in celebrating individuality and fostering self-confidence. I want the world to know that Limitless Beauty is more than just makeup; it’s about embracing authenticity and helping every woman feel beautiful in her own skin. Whether through custom foundations, makeup lessons, or social media coaching, my goal remains unchanged: to empower women to look and feel their best every day.
