We had the good fortune of connecting with Jaron Valley and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jaron, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk is the most important piece of my success. Nothing in life is guaranteed. I’ve had to put myself in various uncomfortable situations for the better of my craft and the benefit of my career. If you want to be great you have to risk being different.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m very versatile. I create my own art aswell as Song Covers. I do Drill, R&B, aswell as occasional underground music. I got where i am today through consistency and determination, but i’m not even close to finish. I’ve learned that nobody has you best interest at heart but you. Be loyal be true to youself and be strong in this world where nobody want you to be better then themselves. I am most proud about my first solo albums release titles “Sharks” on November 15, 2024.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
i like to eat out so there’s a lot of good restaurants i recommend “Southend Brewing”. I also like the movie but i spend most of my time in the studio

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to shout of J. Cole. This artist inspires me the most because not many people see fame from my state (North Carolina) He showed me it’s possible.
