We had the good fortune of connecting with Jaleesa White and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jaleesa, what do you attribute your success to?
I believe the most important factor that has contributed to the success of my company is great customer service. You can have an outstanding top tier product but if you don’t have good customer service that diminishes your products. What I mean when u say customer service is listening to each of your customers feedback and take each one into consideration to make your company better. If there is an issue you resolve it with a good attitude and in a timely manner. Have you ever had a bad experience with a company and it makes you not want to revisit that company no matter how good the products are? Customer service should always be in the forefront of any business.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Here at JW Bath & Body Co. we crate skincare products that not only smell amazing but also rejuvenate your skin. We create a range of products from handmade soap bars to room sprays to bring a refreshing scent to your home. We like to formulate products that can we used by all even those that have sensitive skin. I created my business because my son and husband suffered from eczema and extreme skin. They couldn’t use anything the stores so I researched and began formulating products that they could use and not irritate their skin. From there friends and family began also using the products and a business was born. This journey definitely has not been easy, but it is so worth it to hear how it has helped other peoples skin.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
First we would eat breakfast at First Watch in Greensboro N.C

Would visit the Triad Farmers Market see if we can find some fresh veggies, and fruit. Then stop at some flea markets to see if we anything unique.

Lunch we will head over to Best Diner and grab some cheesesteak or wings.

Home for a little to relax and unwind

Dinner at Sushi World in Durham because we both love all you can eat sushi.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to my husband Brandon and my 5 children (London, Harper, Ava, Jr. and Ari). Everything I do is fueled by their love and their support.
