Hi Enisa, what’s something about your industry that outsiders are probably unaware of?
One thing about the baking industry, especially when it comes to making French macarons, is that it’s incredibly intricate and time-consuming. While they appear delicate and dainty, creating perfect macarons requires long hours of practice to master the technique. The process is precise, with small variables like humidity affecting the outcome. Ingredients can be expensive, particularly high-quality almond flour and flavorings. Many bakers also have to navigate the world of social media to showcase their creations, which can be demanding. Being a one-person show means handling everything from baking to marketing and customer interactions, making it a challenging yet rewarding endeavor for those who are passionate about it. So, we really cannot talk about just one thing in particular as there are a lot of things behind that outsiders don’t know much.

One thing that outsiders might not fully grasp about the real estate industry is the importance of location. In real estate, location is a critical factor that can significantly affect property values. Three years ago, I embarked on an exciting culinary adventure by starting my own macaron business “Macarons By NINA”. What set me apart was my unwavering commitment to quality and innovation. I constantly pushed the boundaries of flavor combinations and presentation, making my macarons a delightful, unforgettable experience.

This journey wasn’t without its challenges. Building a brand and customer base from scratch is never easy, but it was my passion for creating exceptional macarons that drove me forward. I overcame obstacles through perseverance, customer feedback, and refining the recipes.

One of the biggest lessons learned was the importance of adaptability. The market can be unpredictable, and I had to adjust to changing consumer preferences and market dynamics. I also invested in marketing and online presence, which greatly expanded the reach.

Now, as I transition into the world of real estate alongside my husband, I carry the same values of quality, dedication, and adaptability. I’m excited to apply the lessons learned from my macaron business to this new venture, where personalized service and attention to detail will set me apart in the real estate market.

My story is one of evolution, learning, and the pursuit of excellence. you can explore the history of the U.S. Army’s airborne and special operations forces through interactive exhibits and displays. It’s a great place to learn about the military’s role in the area.
I love to visit the Cape Fear Botanical Garden which spans over 80 acres and offers a serene escape with various themed gardens, walking trails, and educational programs.
Fayetteville offers a diverse culinary scene with a range of restaurants serving everything from Southern cuisine to international dishes.
