We had the good fortune of connecting with Eastside Razor and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Eastside, why did you pursue a creative career?
The crazy thing is, I really feel like this career pursued me. I fell in love with music before i really even knew who I was. That love grew and turned into a constant urge to “come up” with bars, infatuated with creating my own sound as a producer. I don’t consider what i do work due to the high enjoyment level, and the fact that it comes natural.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Ya know music and entertainment is a tricky path to conquer. For one it is forever changing. What sets me apart is the simple fact i am always myself. My creativity, My humbleness, my drive to help others achieve their goals without expecting something in return. Raw talent at it’s finest. I am most proud about how far i have come and the transition i have made from being an artist to being someone helping develop other artist. Well that and the growing success of Tha Stadiumz Underground Countdown. One thing i have learned along the way is the universe will lead you , and never get comfortable because nothing is promised. The world needs to know i am only using my talents to help further everyone not only myself. I take pride in being a fair stand up guy.

 

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I don’t plan lol so this is hard. I do know that whatever we do it will be a movie. I mean what do men do…when they can do whatever they want? lol visit north hills , south glenwood, visit my pops house, create, shop, just being around your A alikes is exciting.

 

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First and foremost God. My family : Franklin, Doris, Charmelle, Rhenelda, Craig, Starr, Rhyan, Soni, Rhene, David Wilson, Reggie, Greg Mann, The Thybulle Family. Keisha and the Leak family. Hov, Hood, Mike Bell. Black Jeruz, Dj Skillz, Eric Terry, Niro, Tap, Slim T, Madison Jay, Zeikbeatz, Enloe Family, Unique Dime, Tara Coley .
