We had the good fortune of connecting with Courtney Davis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Courtney, career-wise, where do you want to be in the end?
My ultimate end goal with physical therapy is to empower individuals and families to take control of their health and well-being. I want to be a catalyst for change, providing up-to-date, evidence-based knowledge to athletes, parents, and families, so they can confidently navigate injury prevention and recovery.

I’m particularly passionate about bridging the gap in a system that often overlooks the needs of families. I envision a clinic that serves as a sanctuary—a place where patients feel genuinely heard and understood. A space where they can openly communicate their pain and receive personalized, compassionate care.

Professionally, at the end of my career, I want to be known as someone who revolutionized the patient experience. I aim to build a practice that not only alleviates pain but also empowers individuals to reclaim their lives and participate in the activities they love. I want to leave a legacy of fostering a community where knowledge is power, and everyone has the tools to achieve a pain-free, fulfilling life. I want to be an advocate for the patient, and a change agent in the current healthcare system.

What should our readers know about your business?
My journey to CD Physical Therapy wasn’t easy, but it’s been incredibly rewarding. Fueled by my own experiences with injuries, the unwavering support of my family, and the invaluable mentorship from the Launch Holly Springs program, I was determined to create a better approach to patient care. There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing my patients return to their passions with a smile, thriving in their element.

My brand story, ‘Game Changing Rehab,’ is built on a foundation of personalized physical therapy, designed to empower your athletes to RELIEVE pain, RECOVER function, & RESTORE their lives. We understand the challenges of injury recovery firsthand, and we’re committed to providing the holistic, compassionate care you deserve. It’s not just about treating symptoms; it’s about empowering you to reclaim your active life.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
While I love the thrill of travel and experiencing new places, especially with my boys’ sports, I’ll admit I’m a bit of a homebody when we’re in Holly Springs. With two active sons and a busy schedule, downtime at home is precious – a chance to recharge and connect with family. We cherish our summer beach trips and time with loved ones, but when we’re home, it’s about creating a comfortable and relaxing space for our family to thrive.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Participating in Launch Holly Springs this past fall was a game-changer for my business. The program’s mentorship component, in particular, has been invaluable. Bryce Pickett of Holly Springs Pest Control has provided incredible guidance, helping me focus my attention on key priorities and streamline processes I hadn’t even considered. His mentorship has truly propelled my business forward, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support Launch Holly Springs provided.
