Hi Cortez, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
The value that most matters to me is being able to communicate with others that are looking for an new start or want to have inspiration on how to keep going, Why it’s important to me is that i remember when i wanted to give up because i felt like it was no other way for me to grow and be successful but then i realized With growth comes patience and being and Entrepeneur you have to practice patience because it’s the key to a successful journey, So when i tell my stories or even talk to someone dealing with the same issue I tell them to keep going don’t give up and i feel that is a big Piece of me< Its having that value to motivate individuals to never give up on their goals!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m an author and what sets me apart from others is that i have a passion for my craft and that is the Trucking industry i have studied it so many years and years and still I’m researching more as i go so Recently i wrote an book on how to get into the Trucking industry Through the Logistics side without having a Commercial Driver license, When i first got into driving trucks in 2015 I was nervous and excited at first so When people ask me is it easy I straight tell them No but it was an goal i wanted to achieve so I fought through the storms to get to the Brighter days, I have learned different lessons along the way and One of the biggest one was that You have to stay grounded and in peaceful zones in your life to Gain access to Being Successful in life no matter what! If i could say anything to people that would want to go through the journey of an entrepreneur, it would be that you have to find like-minded people to associate with so when you are building, and they are building you all can come up with ideas together and gain knowledge from one another! I’m an open person and love to come up with new ideas to accomplish.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
OK so we are here in Raleigh NC, on a Monday Am we would first stop by a Starbucks. to get our day started so mid-day maybe go catch a movie in Cary at the Fenton Movie theater, later that evening we prob go the Sports and social also in Cary NC, Tuesday through Thursday would be our Vision board days and maybe grabbing dinner from a couple local restaurants in the RDU area like the glass house in Morrisville, NC Dames chicken and waffles in Downton Durham, NC, But on Friday night we prob go to holly springs NC to the Tavern and play pool grab some wings also and Saturday Morning we would go the Luck 32 southern kitchen for Brunch in Cary NC

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
So right off the back i want to shoutout to Grant Cordone and his 10x rule book, I picked up this book one day because the name stood out to me “The difference between success and failure.” As i was reading this book it was gaining on me because a lot of the stuff grant talked about i had been through the same situation or was going through it right now so yes, his book really took a great impact on my successful journey also, a lot of my family & friends have been very supportive also it really keeps me going in all aspects of business and growth!
