We had the good fortune of connecting with Ciara O’Briant and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ciara, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Envision HER was created to empower women from all walks of life. I wanted to offer an authentic and safe community for women to connect. Our mission is to inspire, educate, uplift and motivate women to achieve their goals and dreams by providing empowering events, social gatherings, journaling workshops.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As a Goal Coach and Founder of a Envision HER, I am proud of each & every person we accept in our organization and my clients. I feel excited when my clients set & achieve their goals.

I became passionate about helping others succeed by working with them to establish a plan to reach their life goals & dreams. I’ve always been a person people would feel easy to talk to and people around me valued my opinion, accountability and discipline. I am a person who is great at execution and I want that same thing for others around me. I realized so many people have ideas and goals but need help establishing a plan for them to execute. That is where I realized that’s a strength of mine.

Since , I have helped many individuals, businesses and organizations establish a plan to execute their goals. If you desire to be successful , you must create a plan. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
North Carolina has so many hidden gems. Our first stop has to be in Durham. We would catch a Durham Bulls Game and take a stroll downtown to shop local business. For a nice Spa day, I would take my bestie to Woodhouse spa in Raleigh. My next stop would be Durham Bottling Company. They have so many events you can enjoy to network or unwind with nice rooftop views. I always enjoy the entertainment there from Family Bizness Artist. Last but certainly not least , we would check out my favorite tasting room to enjoy a glass of wine at Melanated Wine.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to take this opportunity to shout of the ladies that support Envision HER. I have learned so much from the ladies in the organization. We are so lucky to have mentors, therapist, life coaches and more amazing women within our community. We each bring value to uplift and encourage each other lives.

I am most inspired by the Goal series and Self Care events. I can’t wait to see this organization grow.
