We had the good fortune of connecting with Carl Wesley Smith and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Carl Wesley, how does your business help the community?
My business provides a credible educational platform that specializes in all of the leading industries such as real estate, day trading, e-commerce, health & wellness, etc. Since a child, my mom instilled the value of education in me and my siblings I have witnessed education transform the way I think and the goals that I aspire to achieve. I am a firm believer that to be successful you must first know how to be successful. Therefore our platform partnered with professionals who are performing at a high level in all of the industries we offer education on with the intent to transfer skills to entrepreneurs looking for income to fund their dreams, people who are employed and aspiring to broaden their income streams to buy themselves more time to do what they enjoy, and anyone who is seeking to be within a network that supports them evolving into the best version of themselves. This space is committed to providing people with the tools they need to create life however they envision it.
What should our readers know about your business?
I measure the success of my business based on how many people can come into our system and get the results that they are seeking. We have systems in place designed for people to be able to earn income conveniently in various fields while they are learning to become self-sufficient. Watching people come into this space first looking to just make money but then start their journey of personal development and transform their mindset gives me a feeling of satisfaction. Often people believe they are having financial problems more than likely a shift in perspective is all they are missing. My partners and I have a phrase that we use called impact over income. I am most excited about broadening my network as well as being a catalyst for a paradigm shift for someone like my mentor Kian Brown was for me.
I credit my accomplishments in business to my ability to keep the posture of a student. Listening to people who had the same results I desired has never failed me. The more that I reflect I realize that listening can do more for a person seeking extreme success than talking could ever. Although the magic occurs within the duplication of the actions you can take away from the advice given.
Building an empire is never easy but in my opinion, the concept is very similar to life itself. Life is a series of adjustments requiring people to constantly change. To live your best life you must be willing to change and adapt to your circumstances. Being a business owner you have to constantly adapt to changes within technology, the way you market your business, and even sometimes who you do business with. The only thing that will keep you in business long-term is the commitment to why you started the journey.
I would like my story to symbolize that no matter where you come from or your circumstances if you have the will to win and if you choose to head in the direction of progression each day you will eventually get what you seek.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My mom, Gloristine Smith, has been a huge influence on my education and my passion for giving back to the community. She’s always created a supportive environment for me, encouraging me not just to dream but to have the courage to pursue even my wildest aspirations.
My mom works as a family outreach worker for the Healthy Start Baby Love Plus program at the Edgecombe County Health Department. Over the years, I’ve seen her dedication to helping people and the community through her compassionate interactions and her involvement in organizing events to promote healthy lifestyles for new moms.
Her commitment to serving others has inspired me to value education and community engagement. I’m grateful for the example she sets, and it motivates me to strive for my goals while making a positive impact on those around me.
