We had the good fortune of connecting with Brooke Jackson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brooke, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I never set out to start a business in the traditional sense. The Rose Path was born from my own healing and spiritual journey — a path to step onto rather than a set plan. A Psychic session in 2019 cracked something open in me and led me to train as a psychic. In my sessions with clients I started to notice a pattern: clients would often ask, “How do I actually heal? How do I actually change?” I realized that while psychic insight opened the door, many people needed support walking through it.

That’s when I set the intention to train in modalities that could more holistically guide someone through the process of transformation and into the arms of love. I found Somatic Trauma Therapy first, then continued with Somatic Reparenting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), HeartMath, and eventually energy healing. Each step aligned with the same intention: to help people reconnect to their true essence and live from a heart-open, embodied space.

The Rose Path has evolved alongside me. As I continue to grow, so does the work. It’s a living practice — one rooted in presence, remembrance, and the sacred unfolding of becoming who we truly are.

What should our readers know about your business?
The Rose Path is a sacred space I created to help others return to their true essence. I’m most proud of the way I’ve continued to show up for this work—of putting myself out there more and more each day, even when it feels vulnerable. This business has become not only a place of healing for others but a reclamation of my own voice and power. There was a moment where all of my trainings—from psychic development to somatic trauma therapy, energy healing, HeartMath, IFS, and womb work—finally wove together, and I realized: this is what I’m meant to do.

One offering I’m especially excited about is my upcoming Mary Magdalene event—not only because it honors her sacred presence in my life, but because it marks a powerful shift in how I work. For the first time, I’m bringing together all the tools I’ve studied—somatic practices, heartmath tools, guided meditation, nervous system support, energy healing, and psychic work—into one cohesive experience. This isn’t just an event; it’s the beginning of a new way I’ll be holding space, both in group settings and in my 1:1 Soul Alignment Sessions. It’s gentle yet a deeply embodied, heart-led format that allows participants to not just receive insight, but to actually feel it land in their bodies and begin to integrate. It’s the kind of offering I’ve always longed to lead, and now that it’s here, I can feel it opening a new chapter in my work.

What sets my work apart is the integration. I don’t offer just one modality—I offer a space where insight meets embodiment, where energy meets nervous system support, where ancient wisdom meets modern tools and where science meets spirituality. I believe in meeting people where they are, not to “fix” them, but to reflect their wholeness back to them.

The hardest part has been letting myself be seen and building a consistent, aligned client base. I’ve learned to nurture the community I do have with care and authenticity—to treat each client like a soul I’m in sacred relationship with. It takes patience, faith, and a lot of self-nurturing, but I know that what’s built slowly and intentionally lasts.

At its core, The Rose Path began as a place where people could feel seen and heard. That’s still true—but now it’s also a space where they can begin to truly see and hear themselves. I simply hold the mirror. It’s a place for self-liberation, power reclamation. and heart-centered living. I simply hold the space.

What I want the world to know is that we are not our patterns, our past or what our inner critic says we are. Underneath it all is an inner sanctuary—your true essence—that is always waiting to be remembered. Every part of you is worthy of love.

And perhaps the biggest lesson I’ve learned? Stay authentic. Trends might work for others, but if they pull me out of my truth, they won’t resonate. When I share from a place of honesty and embodiment, that’s when the magic happens.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
There are so many great places in and around the Charlotte area that I’d try to fit in. We’d kick things off at one of my favorite coffee shops—VisArt Café, Undercurrent Coffee on Commonwealth, or Giddy Goat (their empanadas are my fave). If it’s Sunday, we’d have to pick a bouquet from the vendor who always pops up in Plaza. If we wanted breakfast then I’d have to go to Amelie’s or Biscuit Belly. My favorite spots to explore would be Camp North End, Thrift Pony, Trope bookstore or Paper Skyscraper. I’d also want to take my friend to Freedom Park or a River Jam at the WhiteWater Center. Monday Night Brewing would also be on the list for the live music and vibes. I’m a foodie and love to try new restaurants but some of my favorites are: Optimist Hall, Calle Sol, Geno D’s Pizza, Mama Ricotta’s, Bird Pizza, Artisan’s Palate and Puerta. For the more spiritual experience, we’d have to hit a Light Language Circle on a Monday night at Pranayama or one of their Sound Bowl Deep Stretch classes. Or one of Khali’s classes! I’d also have to take someone visiting to Sanctuary Imports to shop for some goodies or check out one of their practitioners. We’d have to end the visit with a tattoo from Green Ghost in Plaza.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a loving shoutout to Katelyn Lee (@staywitchy), the woman who first trained me as a psychic and who has since become a dear friend and mirror on my path. It was her psychic reading in 2019, and later her mentorship, that opened the door to this work and helped me trust the sacred gifts I now share with others. I want to thank Ashley, the woman I rent my healing space from and who graciously referred me for this interview. Her support and encouragement have meant so much, and her belief in my work has helped it reach even more hearts. She truly knows how to curate a safe, sacred and deeply healing space for all .I also want to honor Mary Magdalene, whose presence continues to guide and anchor me. Reading Mary Magdalene Revealed in 2021 was a turning point—it awakened something ancient within me and has shaped so much of my path and purpose. I’m grateful to walk this path surrounded by such powerful, heart-centered women.
