We had the good fortune of connecting with Benina & Ann Drake and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Benina & Ann, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Ann and I have always had a passion for energy work, sound therapy, frequencies and vibration. We envisioned Elevated Energy Healing as a way to align our work with our values and purpose. Helping others by sharing our gifts has been a very fulfilling and meaningful endeavor.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We are a mother and daughter duo dedicated to helping clients raise their energy and vibration through a variety of modalities. We are passionate about helping people discover the transformative potential of sound and energy healing.

Our sessions are unique in that we partner to provide both sound and energy healing together in one session. Because we work in tandem, we are able to provide a focused healing experience unlike any other. We tailor each session to the clients’ needs. A session can include any combination of energy healing, sound therapy and crystal chakra balancing.

We LOVE working together. It is hard to describe the feeling when a client leaves relaxed, happy and ready to get back out in the world! We are truly fortunate to do what we do.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would definitely take a day trip to the coast and visit the riverfront in Wilmington and back to Raleigh for dinner at Vinnies.

We would spend lots of time out in nature exploring the area greenways.

NC Museum of Art is a definite stop for viewing the grounds and art then lunch in the cafe.

A foot detox and reflexology visit and spend some time in the float spa.
