Meet Amanda Brennan | Team Builder & Culture Transformer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Amanda Brennan and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Amanda, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
I am a firm believer in the power of defining and living by your values. The value that has been instrumental in shaping my work has been family.
I felt I was not able to work for a company and show up as the mother I wanted to be so I made a quick decision. I knew I had the experience, credentials and people-skills needed to succeed and most importantly, I had the confidence that I could build a successful business while being a great mom! My family value was the driving force behind me doing something I never envisioned myself doing.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My company, Wynnshire Collaborative, focuses on building great teams, supporting leaders of those teams and driving culture transformation.
There are two things that I believe set me apart. First, I have not only experience in my area of work, but I have studied it, researched it and lived it. Second, I truly believe in doing the right thing and being collaborative. This impacts the way I show up for my clients. I don’t do one-size-fits-all – I like to meet my client’s where they are and partner to solve their unique problems.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Beasley’s Chicken & Honey for brunch PNC Arena to watch the Carolina Hurricanes
Pleasant Park to let the kids play
Tap Station Apex to enjoy some food and drinks in a family-friendly atmosphere
Jordan Lake for paddleboarding
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Might be a cliche, but my husband deserves much credit in my story. He believes in me, encourages me, and hangs on tight for the ride (even if it’s a wild one!).
