Hi Louis, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I’ll never know the outcome unless I take the leap and try. I started this journey fully aware that the first few years would be challenging. As long as I can endure and persevere, I am committed to pushing forward.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets me apart as a realtor is my unwavering commitment to building genuine connections with my clients and my community. My journey in real estate is deeply personal—rooted in my passion for helping individuals and families find homes that fit their unique needs and aspirations. With a background in business and economics from Guilford College and years of competitive soccer, I’ve learned the importance of discipline, strategy, and teamwork—qualities I bring to every transaction.

I am most proud of the trust I’ve earned from my clients and the opportunity to work with top-performing teams like Chris Pappalardo and Kim Mathis Associates at Keller Williams Realty. These experiences have helped me grow professionally and stay at the forefront of the Triad real estate market.

Getting to where I am today hasn’t been easy. Starting out, I knew the first few years would be challenging, but I remained determined. I focused on building relationships, improving my skills, and staying resilient. Overcoming challenges required a mindset shift—one inspired by mentors, books, and the invaluable support of my family and community.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success in real estate is about more than buying or selling houses—it’s about understanding people, their goals, and their stories. My brand is built on trust, dedication, and a genuine desire to help others.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting the Triad for a week, I’d craft an itinerary that showcases the best of Greensboro and beyond. We’d start with breakfast at Scrambled Southern Diner for some local flavor, followed by a stroll through the Greensboro Arboretum or the Bog Garden. For history and culture, we’d visit the International Civil Rights Center & Museum and the Weatherspoon Art Museum. Lunch might be at Crafted – The Art of the Taco, then an afternoon exploring Friendly Center for shopping or relaxing at one of the nearby parks. Evenings would include dining at Undercurrent or Print Works Bistro, followed by drinks at Boxcar Bar + Arcade or Little Brother Brewing. For a day trip, we’d head to Hanging Rock State Park for hiking and breathtaking views or Belews Lake for outdoor water fun. Throughout the week, I’d introduce them to the vibrant local community, share my love of real estate by pointing out unique neighborhoods, and enjoy the lively mix of restaurants, breweries, and entertainment spots that make this area so special.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my parents for providing me with the opportunity to live in a country where I can pursue my dreams as an entrepreneur. A special shoutout to Robert Kiyosaki’s books for transforming my mindset and shaping my perspective on life and success.
