We had the good fortune of connecting with Adriana Moron and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adriana, how does your business help the community?
At the beginning, I noticed how my business was helping other businesses showcase their values online. Seeing some of my clients achieve results from day one was incredibly motivating. As my business grew, I realized it was fostering a community in Charlotte. This impact became clear during one of my monthly meetings when I saw women around the table sharing how they had connected through my meetings, forming valuable business partnerships for various projects. The most significant impact my business has had is helping to build and strengthen the Latin community in Charlotte through these meaningful connections.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Absolutely, I’d love to share more about Right Hand Here! We’re more than just a Growth Marketing agency; we’re a community builder here in Charlotte. What truly sets us apart is our focus on forming meaningful connections. Instead of just selling our services, we strive to be of genuine service to those around us, fostering relationships based on abundance.

Our journey to where we are today has been filled with both challenges and growth. Back in 2019, I made the significant switch from the Oil and Gas industry to sales, taking a major pay cut in the process. Opening our office in Hollywood, Florida, came with its own set of personal challenges that tested my relationships. My husband and I even sold everything to travel across the US to strengthen our marriage, which taught us resilience and the importance of balance.

Overcoming these hurdles wasn’t easy. It required a lot of self-reflection and the courage to take calculated risks. Through it all, I’ve learned that success isn’t a straight path and that perseverance, flexibility, and the support of loved ones are crucial.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in business is the value of understanding both data and people. This combination has allowed us to create effective solutions that drive business growth. Right Hand Here! is not just about marketing; we’re about being true partners in our clients’ success, committed to helping them achieve their goals through a customer-centric and data-driven approach.

Our story is one of transformation, resilience, and community. We speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and we’re dedicated to making a positive impact on businesses and communities by providing the tools and support they need to thrive in the digital world. I’m particularly proud of the supportive community we’ve built and the genuine connections that have formed through our business. We want the world to know that Right Hand Here! is here to be a partner in your journey, helping you navigate challenges and achieve sustainable success.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Anybody who has come to visit us here in Charlotte knows we love outdoor activities, and we have compiled a list of places we take people when they come and visit us for the first time.

Day 1:

1. Morning: First things first, we take them to Crowders Mountain for a beautiful and fulfilling hike. This really makes them want to move to Charlotte right away.
2. Lunch: We would take them to Optimist Hall, which is perfect for us because everybody has plenty of options to choose from in one place.
3. Afternoon: I would take them to Rosie’s Garden to have a glass of wine and walk around their gardens.
Dinner: For dinner, we take them to Fahrenheit for a rooftop dining experience with stunning city views.

Day 2:
1. Morning: I will take them to have breakfast at Amélie’s French Bakery & Café.
2. Afternoon: Then, we head to the U.S. National Whitewater Center for tubing or kayaking and get food close by there.
3. Dinner: For dinner, we have to stop at Moo and Brew in Plaza Midwood, our favorite burger place in Charlotte.

Day 3:
1. Morning: I would take them to Freedom Park for a leisurely walk.
2. Afternoon: Have a beer at Petty Thieves Brewing Co. in NoDa.
3. Alternative Plan: If the weather is not great for outdoor activities, I would take them to the Billy Graham Library.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
When I started to navigate the Charlotte market, two organizations were instrumental in supporting me and helping me get started. The first was SCORE, which offers a free mentorship program. Through SCORE, I was able to speak with a business mentor once a month. I still have my monthly meetings with my mentor, and it has been one of the best resources for my business. The second organization that helped me connect with the Charlotte community is NAWBO Charlotte, a national non-profit dedicated to helping women business owners. I served as the Marketing Chair for the 2023-2024 term, and I learned a lot from them on a local level. I’ve also seen the impact organizations like NAWBO are making across the US and the world.
